I am finding similar issues. For three years I did spin classes and lost weight (from 208 to a low of 177, but I also train hard as an inline speed skater at age 54).

This past January, I decided to purchase a home spin bike and use iFit to get home spin classes. But it hasn't been the same. No human interaction and the iFit classes don't seem to be at the same level as the ones that I used to take at the gym. I have been steadily gaining weight and now find it difficult to stay below 190.

It may be interaction that may stimulate motivation. Try a spin class. Even the most difficult can be made easy, because it's about the effort that you put in. You can also take a break during the class and just keep spinning your feet. You'll get better with time.
