I just measured it and it appears to be an 18" or 19". Unfortunately, as I was measuring I noticed something looked funny with the left rear cantilever. I applied the brakes and it fell off!
The brake boss broke off, so I'm assuming it was very weak in the first place because I only applied enough pressure for the pad to touch the rim.
Guess I'll have to figure out how to fix it now...
