No problem at all! Yes, I do not know what phone or browser you are using, but in mobile view, I do not believe there is an option to access the User Control Panel. I am 99.9999% sure it will work on your laptop! Hope it all works out and if it does not, then feel free to comment here and I will figure out how to assist you!
