Honestly the nicest cycling shoes I've ever worn. These things are so dang comfy, and a remarkable improvement from my old Northwaves (no more stupid ratchets to come flying off my shoe when I hit the deck!)
I have the black and grey version of these. They are really nice. On the tongue, there is an elastic bit to tuck the laces into so they don't get chewed up in the chain.
