That is GREAT, I bet you feel fantastic! I am a 53 year old woman also on a weight loss journey. I’m down 65#’s in the last 8 months and have been averaging 2#’s a week. I’m guessing I have maybe another 50-60#’s to go, I’m not really sure until I get there. I have done it by diet exclusively until a couple of weeks ago when I decided to take up bicycling for better fitness. I look forward to looking as great as you sometime next year!
