I was 220# and I broke so much stuff (mostly wheels) it was ridiculous. Multiple saddle rails, seatposts, a stem, 4 frames, 3 pedals snapped off, and motorcycle suspension parts, too. Cracked the sole of one shoe and had another separate during a ride.
The part failures have slowed in the past few years, still cracked the rear wheels on the mtb and the Seven last year.
