Old bike, new drivetrain: Took the 19-year-old Ultegra road triple (50-42-26) off my Waterford RST-22 and replaced it with 11-speed Ultegra shifters, GRX crankset (46-30), GRX front and rear derailleurs, and a Shimano 11-42 cassette (with RoadLink). Also replaced the old deep-drop bars with compacts and replaced the old Shimano Flight Deck computer with a Wahoo Bolt complete with speed and cadence sensors. The old girl can still scoot, and she climbs a whole lot better!
