Yeah, I just started doing supra-threshold work this last 3 week block after many months of not. The first workout was tough... but my week two and three (Tuesday) VO2 max intervals were very good. In this next block I'll have more VO2 work every week, threshold intervals and maybe group rides with hammering. I'm going to skip my FTP test this time, but when I test again in 4-5 weeks from now I will expect to see a nice bump, if all goes as planned.
I'm getting Moderna dose two on Sunday 3/7, I'm hoping that I should be ready for some hard work on the bike starting that Wednesday. For that week, (week three), I'm thinking Monday off (likely sick) and Tuesday some light SST or tempo on the TT bike to get back into it.
