I have been involved with quality control for many years. The problem with many Asian countries is that they do not understand what quality is all about. I get all that, but at the end of the day, the final quality check has to be done by the OWNER of the company. I shouldn’t be receiving a bike with a 105mm spaced fork and messed up drop out plates. It also looked like some kind of filler was used on the steerer, and there was some minor chipping around the track ends. To double down on this,
promises were made and broken about overnight shipping the proper replacements.
