Ditto. The lightest bike I've ridden was my first one, a Jamis Ventura Comp that came in right around 19-20lbs with some ~1500g alloy wheels. Light enough for me, especially in flat Illinois. Current "light" bike is my SLT which I believe sits at around 23lbs ready to ride.

But yeah, like datlas said the best thing I could do is probably lose 30lbs. But at what cost?
