I pull out the seatmast till I see the maximum extension mark/lines. Push it down till the mark disappears.
I swapped the seatpost quick release for a fixed collar. Set it at my desired height and tightened the bolt.

Now every time I pull up the seat; I use the max extension line as my guide. Just one quick release to fiddle instead of two.
