As an aside, is the Metro not convenient to you? PT, and not having to own a car, is one of the things that I miss most about NYC.
Metro is a mile away on one end and a half a mile on the other for a two stop ride and costs about 3 bucks each way. Single digits is tolerable for the 18 min I'm exposed to it. However, I expect kudos.
