It's sort of a mixed-up mash-up but for such a diversified builder of other brands it's kind of poetic justice...or something...anyhow, a nice fork from very skilled builders.

That's a Bottecchia pantograph (most had the cursive "B" but some had pantographs like the one on your fork):
