I've seen all sorts of issues over the years but usually basic ones.

This one in particular I have seen on one unit I got new last fall for a customer. Bladder seal was folded under the reservoir cap. pull the cap and straighten out the bladder and tighten the cap down and no problems. It doesn't leak immediately because that bladder kind of swells a bit when in the presence of the DOT fluid. Usually develops the leak later. I keep the bladder/reservoir parts kit on hand just in case. Easy part kit to get from QBP (for the shop). Calling SRAM will result in a warranty and they will swap it but that's time and a lot of work.
