As I've mentioned in another thread, I cannot conceive of a reason to put any tire-related goods in a jersey pocket, as tire-related goods are actually used (by me) once out of every 25-30 rides,
at most. Inflators, CO2 cartridges, tubes, patches, etc, all go into the bag specific to each bike, because I don't have two bike that run the same tires. So the pouch carries stuff I would need for any of my bikes at any time. The contents have not changed since I switched from a round power bank to a flat one about a year ago.
