The list would actually be quite long id think, especially if we aren’t sticking to a size or max possible size, to narrow it down. Pretty much anything from Grand Bois and Compass/René Herse. Soma also has several 650b tires if I’m not mistaken. Sim.Works and Teravail also have road/pavement tires as well. Not to forget Panaracer, since they actually manufacture most of these brands tires for them.

my three favourites from personal use though are:
1. Grand Bois Hêtre 42mm
2. René Herse Babyshoe Pass 42mm
3. Panaracer Gravelking ‘slick’ 42mm
