Favorite drink of the pandemic is the spicy pineapple margarita.

1. Make a Pineapple Sour Mix: 1/2 cup freshly squeezed pineapple juice, and 1/4 cup each lemon juice, lime juice and sugar.
2. Rub the rim of your glass with lime and roll in homemade sriracha salt, garnish with lime and jalapeņo wheels, fill glass with crushed ice
3. Fill cocktail shaker halfway with crushed ice. Throw in a couple slices jalapeņo. Add 1oz each tequila and Grand Marnier and 2 oz Pineapple Sour Mix. Shake until shaker is frosty.
4. Strain into prepared glass.
