There's a local store near here that sells LED bike lights for under 2 bucks each with 5 leds in each and multifunction (blinking and solid). If you're looking for lights, there are lots of cheap options out there. Just remember, you get what you pay for. I use rechargeable bats in all my lights and electronics.
And yes, I definitely like those bars over the standard beach cruiser set ups.
