OK, I admit it - I have been doing some spinning at home on my retired mountain bike as a trainer.
I find if I make things "comfortable" for my mind set - (my brain just jumps all over the place, so I need to keep it occupied) - I do better. So, here you see - TV to watch programs, 2 TV screens hooked up to my VCR/DVD, a phone, a tablet, water bottle, various remote controls, board with exercise program, cadence meter, HRM, old mtn bike, tension adjustment for the trainer. I also use the DVD screens for my TRX DVD.
