OK. It's for a recumbent. [I ride a Vendetta...if you want to see it go to the cruzbike.com website and select the V20c]. I recently developed lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow). If I rotate my hand 90 degrees on the handlebars the pain drops significantly. Bar ends allow me to rotate my hand 90 degrees. My handlebars are 1" OD which is why I need the oversized bar ends.
