I worked for a CF framebuilder for almost 6 years(I did mainly CF repair work) and only saw one Cervelo that needed a repair that wasn't the result of a wreck.
Luescher is a tool that looks for problems, in order to boost his business(and ego). Talk to a few CF framebuilders, and ask what they think of the guy.
