Looking on VeloBase, it appears it might have been originally equipped with either a Simplex Tour de France, or maybe one of the racier ones that came right before the switch to parallelogram designs. So that would include the 543, the Record 60, maybe even one of the Juy series from the 50's, but not the chainstay mounted ones. If you have a Record 60, there's a guy in the UK asking 2100 euro for one. So I wouldn't want to pay more than that.
