I've worked as a bike mechanic since the early 80's in the bicycle industry in shops, manufacturing, Etc. I realize there are many different levels of bike mechanic from the home DIY'er to the PRO level race mechanic, but there are some things I see on a highly frequent basis that really bugs me on how other mechanics do certain things.
