So far I'm not having a good experience with Chainreactioncycles. For one I didn't know this was a UK based company with no US support. This may be obvious to some but since they had US flags posted all over for their "memorial day" sale as well as everything in $USD I feel a bit mislead. Secondly I wanted to cancel part of my order the same day I paid, nothing was shipped yet they couldn't cancel and said I had to return the item when I received it. Third and worst, part of my order is missing and now unless I want to pay for an international call I have to communicate via email.
Doubtful that I'll ever buy from them again.
