Unfortunately, People being people, Just because something has pedals, and looks like a bicycle, they consider it a bicycle, even when tho, there's absolutely no human effort is involved in making the "bicycle" move. it starts to become a "problem" and depending on their numbers can become a huge "problem"... IMO...
