They will have a "computer" to match the paint, but matching by eye (after getting a headstart from the computer) is far far superior. This is why you need the kindest auto supply in town.
In my town it is $20 to computer match, additional $30 for "by eye", and then about $20 for paint.
This. When trying to find touch up paint for my "white" Bottecchia, I discovered there is no such thing is common white, and 40 years of oxidation had altered the hue. I found a local auto paint jobber in town and they mixed a custom blend that matched perfectly.
