They arrived last week but I didn't have the chance to set them up or try them out 'till last night - I scored a used set of Kreitler alloy-capped 4.5-in rollers on the 'Bay, bought a new tension band from another source, then found something to replace a missing pin to lock the length. I set it up in a doorway rode my Gitane fixed-gear conversion long enough to know that room needs a fan and I will need a lot more time to get comfortable on those things. So far so good, though, and I foresee a lot of time on them this winter.
