I will say good one everyone who has been able to stay on Keto and perform at a level they are happy with. Myself I have given up on it and IF just can't perform on the bike and was tired and cranky all the time. For close to a month I have gone sugar and booze free and after a week of headaches and light headed I feel better than I ever have. I am tracking calories and am loosing weight. I find this structure works way better for me and I don't consider not eating sugar a diet. Again congratulations on those that have found success on Keto and IF.
