Amazing results I'm down 70 lbs And have fantastic labs as well. I had a couple injuries that set me back so 20 of the 70 I lost twice lol. Going very well now and added a gym routine this winter that is really leaning me out replacing fat with muscle.
I'm halfway to my goal and feeling great. Just started intermittent fasting 16/8 6days per week. Hoping to pick up the metabolism This also allows me to add carbs during exercise days without coming out of ketosis.
