I agree with this. I was losing steadily, until I wasn't. No diet change and my workouts increased in intensity and frequency. On the other hand, I had to buy a new belt because my old one was merely decorative and my pants needed to be held up. I'm wearing pants I had set aside because I had outgrown them. At a certain point inches matter more that weight. I've been hovering around 206 for the past month, yet my pants keep getting looser. YMMV
