This year for Nats U23 he is cutting out the RR as he can't work the ratios (enough time) to train for it. So we fly in the day before do the ITT, and leave. Maybe crit, depending on schedule but likely too much time.
Hey Dad, I haven't slept in a few years, do you think doing so would make me faster?
