I just finished TOW stage 5 last night and it ends with a bang, up the Radio Tower hill and back. Riding for 29.5 KMs (18+ miles) of climbing and descent. I wasn't planning on going hard because those big climbs really drain me but it didn't help that I still had my gravel bike from the TOW stage 4!
Learn how to switch bikes mid ride, switch my bike and then start the ride in last place ha ha
