Ok. But to me its mixing two ideas.
GIving up a road bike for a gravel bike.
Limiting yourself to limited number of bikes.
The first is just a choice of which you prefer more. How can anyone answer that for you? The second calls into consideration a lot of competing and contradictory values that could be discussed.
