Back in '89 or so, I almost picked one up. Browsed around a really great, small dealer's floor stock ... and there it was. About 2" too big for me, though. But, dang! if that thing didn't climb straight up a loose-pack dirt hill that was ~40 degrees or so. Just put it into low gear, and it went right up. Never lost traction. Was duly impressed with the overall ride quality, as well. Back in the day, I think they were about US$1150 or so.
