Lots of absolute carbs, but there's also a fair amount of fiber to mitigate the glycemic load. I've experimented a bit and find that a small amount fills me up for a few hours. I eat greek yogurt too, mainly for dessert. I go plain and full fat for better taste, increased satiety, and lower carb load. I like a sprinkle of unsweetened muesli and a few prunes or raisins.
Not bad. I am fighting this stupid insulin resistance gene as best I can with less carbs and more exercise....but some people would already have me taking Metformin since my A1C is 6. Sad!
