I did ride the PH24 one week prior - 24 hour neighborhood race - mostly to work on my night riding ... like keeping awake and alert at 3:00AM. I did about 125 miles and roughly 13 hours of riding. Otherwise, I had no idea how I was going to hold up with 20+ hours on a bike.

The route is a lot of "down"; right up to the end when you get some rollers, no big climbs (it's MN!). I tracked 7,300 ft gain, the start was 630 ft above the finish line.
