Oh I know, got a couple pair that I have taken off, my 58 even came with "upgraded" Schwinn approved ones that the PO had installed for comfort.
Almost NOS and the real deal, many of these came with them AND Twin Stick stem mounted shifters, saw them in person back in the day.
