I weigh 175 and I ride a 56 cm Checkpoint SL frameset. I will repeat that the Isospeed works wonders on extremely rough pavement. It probably does amazing stuff with washboard dirt roads. It's on everything else that the bounce is annoying. The smoother the dirt / gravel / pavement, the more the boing-boing-boing comes through.
