Anyplace that is not illegal is the right place for the customer to leave a
dockless scooter. What happens to the scooter after the customer dismounts and is finished with it is not the customer's concern.
It will still have to be recovered from that location at the owner's expense for recharging/re-rental unless someone else rents it from that location.
