1990 Voyageur

I've inherited this Voyageur from my uncle, after it sat in a basement for many years. Since then I have completely gone through and replaced bearings and grease. Fresh Pasela tires, a Brooks saddle, bar tape, and I was off. It is a fantastic rider, if a tiny bit small for me. It is great out on the road. I plan some local and regional touring this year. These photos were taken on Wolfe Island located in the St. Lawrence River / Thousand Islands area. At this point the Voyageur has become my favourite commuter. Helps when breaking in the saddle...



I took a short walk from a 18th century church to see a burial ground dating from the settler period. I took a photo of the Voyageur against a tree nearby.
