Took a Christmas Day ride today! Just a very relaxed 5 mile ride around town, but it was sooooo nice just to be out and riding. 34 degrees and beautiful. I rode at night so it was stunning...riding through the different neighborhoods and looking at the lights for the last time most likely. I think I saw maybe three cars the entire time...I was riding on the MUP for part of the ride and one of the cars that passed me the whole ride decided to stop and give me an "educationional" talk (Yell is more like it) on why I should not ride a bicycle in this day and age. I just nodded politely and gave them a wave good bye as I sped off in the darkness.
