I bought a couple of bikes from BD, it's difficult to check out a bike by just looking at it through pictures. The first one that I bought had a frame that flexed so much that it literally slowed my pace by a 2-3 mph, over my other bikes, while going up hills, and with my eventually scrapping the bike later on.
The second bike, had a horribly soft front suspension fork, and a broken spoke, costing me over 100 dollars to replace/upgrade both.
