I can't believe it but that's the way the numbers broke down. My girlfriend did not work out as aggressively and she lost 20. I ate no more 1500 calories per day with no processed food. I can't tell you how much I know enjoy vegatables and fish. Food tastes better now. We really don't feel like we are on a diet but more of a realignment of what kinds of food we drink.
