Well I need to find out what's in the water where you guys find these trailers by the curb and on CL for $20 so I can add it to the water here. Everyone in my area wants nearly full ratail for trailers that are 7 and 8 years old. I don't fault people for wanting to get their monies worth, but there comes a point when you say the fabric is so faded you can barely see the colors, and those holes are big enough for small kids to crawl through.
I was thinking the same thing, so I posted a Want To Buy on craigslist, honestly expecting nothing to come of it. I said "I want a kids bicycle trailer for a project, I'm willing to pay $25-65 depending on the condition." and the person who sold it to me said that she picked it up used an just needed to make space for a new bike for the kid who outgrew it.
