Sunday -- We got out for about a 1.5 to 2 km walk along the beach this afternoon. A very, very slow walk. I can't walk at any pace that increases my heart rate or breathing rate. However, it was really nice to be out in the fresh air, and a bit of sunshine, listening to the waves, watching the seagulls, and looking at the shells.
