The weatherman screwed up in the right direction again. It was supposed to rain last night and most of today, but it stopped about midnight and didn't start again until about lunch so I got in two hours at endurance pace. I'll do that again tomorrow and meet my weekly TSS goal. Right now we're just trying to maintain my CTL where it is while adding the VO2 max stuff. CTL and ATL are both 91.
