Casting my vote for townie bars and a rack now.
I put that fork on my road bike. It's designed more for a mid-reach fork replacement, so it'll be about a centimeter longer, I guess. So that will slacken your angles a bit, maybe 0.5-1 degree. Which is probably a fine thing for a track bike on the road.

I've always been partial to bull horns since I'm barely ever in the drops and riding on just one hood would probably feel weird.

But yeah, townie bars and rack would work too.


Just be aware that the fork crown is pretty wide, it'll completely ruin the looks, even worse than townie bars, rack, and disc brakes
