So basically your Marinoni would be a bit cheaper with a full carbon fork than the Nature Boy 853 and the Curtlo would be more expensive. Also, FWIW, the Nature Boy 853 has a tapered steerer / head tube with oversized lower headset bearings.
I think it's a sick looking bike. I'd just consider going custom. Though I did just read it's actually a Whisky fork. That's pretty solid.
