Kinda slow going on the bare weight numbers this past month or so, but I've been changing my routines and riding more, which appears to have added some visual bulk (the firm kind) to my legs, which is a good thing.
AWESOME NEWS!!! Yeah, the odd half pound, 1 pound, then back up a half can really be frustrating!!! Some changes are not dependent on the scale...
