I am finding it tough right now to do any focused intervals, but I'm having some really enjoyable rides. Went out Sunday for a 62 mile ride that was just beautiful and had a blast really pushing the last 20 miles. My power meter battery was dead so I don't have numbers, but I really killed it on the perceived exertion front!
